HVC Series 520 continuous vertical packaging machine is the latest type of packaging machine based on hygienic requirements. The HVC series has been designed with simplicity, versatility and ease of cleaning in mind, focusing on the hygienic needs of the design to assist manufacturers in meeting different food processing specifications.
Consisting of a stainless steel frame and streamlined design, the HVC provides producers with a more open and concise space, thereby reducing distractions in production operations. In the design, the convenience of operation and maintenance is considered as far as possible, and the number and length of wires and cables are reduced. Rapid replacement of dimensions without tools reduces downtime. HVC improves productivity by reducing operator training time through intuitive human-machine interface operation.
HVC provides food producers with the versatility needed to package products with good fluidity and the ability to react quickly to changes in consumer demand. Packable products can range from baby milk powder to various types of nuts, confectionery products, mixed salads, cheese, egg whites, frozen products, and other products. The platform technology can be applied to a variety of bag types, including pillow bags, side folding bags, standing bags, and other different sizes of bags, up to 250 mm wide bag. Manufacturers can also choose the sealing technology they need, including PE film sealing (PHS), heat sealing (HS).
HVC is designed for easy cleaning and offers a range of hygiene levels to meet specific customer needs. The dry cleaning rating allows for only a basic wipe when packaging most dried and powdered foods. When wet washing, HVC can be selected with a flush grade model. Additional hygiene levels include a stainless steel surface with a slope to ensure adequate drainage and avoid food residues. Options to enhance hygiene standards also include upgrades to parts such as stainless steel packaging film rollers and more hygienic formers, and the design of no holes, no slots and reduced cable use further achieve a high standard of hygiene, thus providing higher hygiene protection.
The HVC's ergonomic film transfer design is tilted at a 45 degree Angle, thus providing the operator with the best operating space and increasing the film penetration and assembly speed. Compared with previous generations of packaging equipment, the equipment reduces the configuration of roller wheels and increases the packaging speed. The concept of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) is also incorporated into the basic design principles, thus ensuring continuous and efficient production by the manufacturer.
